I have had 2 experiences recently where I think you should be better in keeping your customers updated on progress of order. Both orders were made well in advance but your lack of updating progress is so frustrating. Checking every day was no help. E-mail was answered but it no update was offered from them. Phone calls again, no help in where you are in the queue. Other companies I have used for mail order stationary give you much better updates. Your product is excellent. I really will consider you again on my next order but hope you have a better way to keep customer informed. Between 7-9 days hardly seems like a fair statement to someone who is paying on the other end and has a deadline too.
