With a bit of quality control I would have been as pleased as I was with last years purchase. In this economy it seems slacking on such details is not acceptable.
Invitation Consultants Response: Our company has stringent quality control procedures in place. However, once in a while something slips through the cracks. In such cases, we will gladly reprint and expedite the new shipment at no charge to the customer. We recommend that you open your box upon receipt of your shipment to ensure that everything is up to standards.
