We are getting married in Tuscany with only a small group of family members, and are hosting a party afterward back home. These invitations were perfect for that - didn't need the formality of a typical wedding invitation, and we also wanted to capture the spirit for our trip.

This scene reminded me of the romantic trip my husband and I took to Positano, Italy. It seemed perfect for the wedding rehearsal dinner we are giving for our son's wedding. This just speaks of love and romance, and of the promise of the "as yet undiscovered"!

It would also be perfect for a retirement dinner, or even for an announcement of a move!

I'm going to frame this, add some pressed flowers, and give it to my future daughter-in-law as a keepsake. We are just thrilled with it.

This is a very popular choice for rehearsal dinners, and I can see why. The design is so beautiful and romantic and unique--what's not to love? My rehearsal dinner was Italian-themed, and I so wish this invitation was available back then!
