I was extremely disappointed with customer service. Order said it would take 4-6 business days to ship and I'd be notified with tracking information when product was shipped. After 2 weeks, I called and was told they would be shipped that day. Two more business days later I called because I had not received an email that they had shipped. Was told they were again going to be shipped that day. After not receiving a shipment email that day I called and was emailed the shipment information. I asked what type of communication they had with there customers when they were experiencing longer than normal shipping times and got no response. The RSVP date I had on my invitations was less than a week away from the day I received them, after ordering them a month in advance, assuming id have them in a week. Great product, but I'm not sure I'd order again.
